OK! Big day yesterday, y’all!!
I went to the eye doctor. I got weighed…
Side note: Going to the eye doctor and getting weighed LAST year was what started my weightless journey—big wake up call.
So here’s the big news:
I’M 10 POUNDS AWAY FROM MY GOAL WEIGHT!!!!!
I hadn’t weighed myself in a few months—last I remember weighing about 164, but the scale read 150!!!!
Over 30 pounds down, y’all!!!!!!!!!!
I should have asked the eye tech to tell me what my official weight was from my previous appointment, but I didn’t think of it until later. I’m pretty sure it was 182.
Just goes to show that hard work and food in moderation actually WORKS!

Round about 4 times doing Physique 57 and I’m already noticing increased flexibility and stamina! Holy COW! I haven’t seen any visual changes, but that will probably happen all of a sudden. My older sister has been doing it for 2 weeks now and she’s seeing changes already! WAH WAH!
Can’t wait to see what continues to change!
Physique 57 Day 3
So I did two days in a row of the Express 30 Min Full Body Workout, and was so sore I could barely walk downstairs to my bedroom. After 2 days off, I’m back at it. Whoo!
I’ve noticed SIGNIFICANT improvement in the strength of my right leg (my weaker leg) already (!!) and improvement in my stamina in general. And that’s only after 2 days!!
My diet has been terrible the last week or so, so that’s where I really need to step it up—better control over what I eat. But things are going good so far!
Alright lovely followers, who haven’t unfollowed me after my month and a 1/2 long absence:
I’m back, but only for the soul purpose of keeping track of my new workout regime.
I started Physique 57 today…… It’s pure torture. Like full body torture. Leg shaking torture. But it’s literally so fun. There’s something about it that is wonderfully fun and horrible at the same time and I can’t wait to do it again.
I’m going to do the 30 min full body video for a week, just to progress into it some, then start the 57 min full body 2x a week, the 30 min 2x a week, alternate the thigh & leg booster and ab & arm booster 1x a week and then do Jillian Michael’s hour long cardio 1x a week, until it gets nice enough to jog outside (and then I’ll add in 30 mins of cardio on my 30 min days).

So that’s my plan! I took some photos today, so I can get a good before and after photos. My problem areas are definitely my thighs (inner thighs especially) and my tummy, so I’m hoping this will all be worthwhile!

So it finally happened…
I AM A GRAND PRIZE WINNER!!! I got the email this morning and have basically been freaking out all day. I cannot even begin to thank you guys enough for voting for me.
Seriously!!! Is this real life? I was shaking so bad thinking about being able to finally pay off my credit cards and some student loan debt. I then celebrated with a free donut at work.
SO PROUD OF THIS GIRL!!
